Storm Tide Rising at 6 months…

Hello faithful readers!!   I realize I have been horribly slack in posting new articles to this page, and for that I sincerely apologize.  This past summer was one for the record books, and things got so crazy that not only did I have to put the website on the back burner, so to speak, but also my book projects.  We took in a stray dog at the end of the spring and were surprised to find a few weeks later that she was pregnant.  Next thing I know we have nine (yes, that’s right…. NINE) puppies to take care of!!

Long story short, between the unexpected puppies and complications with my Rheumatoid Arthritis, this summer was considerably less productive than I had hoped.

I wanted to give you guys an update on how Storm Tide Rising, Blackout vol. 2, has been doing thus far.  I have been very pleased with the performance and with the reviews so far.  As of today, Storm Tide Rising (#STR) has been on the market for six months.  So far, it’s sold a total of 1,037 copies on Kindle.  STR has also had an impressive run in the Kindle Unlimited system with 994,144 pages read to date.  That translates into a total of 2,934 copies distributed so far.

Thank you guys for reading, and thank you all for your patience as well.  The third installment in the Blackout Series is in the works, for those of you who may be wondering.  I am about 35-40% through with the manuscript, and working hard to catch up on lost time.  I had originally planned to try and get the 3rd book out by Christmas, but it doesn’t look like that’s going to be a possibility.  The release date will more likely be sometime between February and April, but I’ll update that as progress is made.

Again, thanks to all of you for reading, and if you have questions, comments, or just want to say “Hi!” feel free to drop me a line in the comments or connect on Twitter and Facebook.
