I’ve had requests from many readers for a look under the cover of Storm Tide Rising, the upcoming sequel to Officer of the Watch in the past few months.  It has been a long time coming for some of you, but here is a look at the first chapter which picks up later in the last day of Officer of the Watch.  This second book focuses on the different sets of characters and how they begin to fortify their positions and make ready for the coming storm of war (that’ll be in the 3rd book, Zero Hour).  The manuscript is still in the editing phase, but I’m confident that it will be ready for release within the next month.
